Essential Oil Roller Blends

1. How long do ovenheads studio roll-ons last?

Depending on usage, our roller blends can last anywhere from 6 months to 1 year. We recommend using them within 6 months of opening. To ensure product quality, store your roller blends in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

2. Why are the benefits of storing my essential oil blend in an amber bottle

Citrus oils are known to degrade when placed in direct sunlight, but ideally, all essential oils should be stored in a cool, dark place. It’s important that essential oils are contained in the right materials, such as amber glass bottles or aluminium screw cans. When essential oils aren’t stored properly in appropriate containers, the fragrances can quickly degrade and lose their effect.  

3. I’m allergic to fractionated coconut oil 

An alternative carrier oil we provide is golden Jojoba oil. Leave a note on order details for an alternative oil. 

4. I would like to do a corporate / private party delivery

Thank you for thinking of us. For orders of more than 12 bottles, please drop us an email with the subject [Custom order enquiry] to hello@ovenheads.com. A lead time of minimally 3 weeks is appreciated. 

5. Are ovenheads studio roller blends suitable for pregnancy and during pregnancy?

Our roller blends are currently blended on a 5% dilution rate, recommended for adults only. If you are pregnant or have any concerns regarding you/your baby’s suitability to use these products, please consult your healthcare professional.

We are able to customise our blends to a 0.5% dilution rate, suitable for babies 3+ months of age. 

6. Where are your ingredients from, and do you test your products on animals?

We source and use quality and finest essential oils from the world, 100% pure, organic where possible and blend them intentionally in small batches, to suit all your emotional needs. All of our ingredients are cruelty-free. 

7. Do you ship internationally

We currently only ship to Singapore, Malaysia. Hang tight as we’re working on international shipping!

8. Do you offer a recycling or refill program 

As we are operating as a small independent home business at the moment, this is a big one on our sustainable goal. We’re currently working on refilling your bottles (of the same scent) at a discounted rate, and are sourcing for central drop-off points for collection — please hit us up if you’ve contacts! Till then, feel free to keep your bottles safely ◡̈

Bakes

  1.  Do you offer self-collection methods?

If you’d like to pick up from our humble home kitchen at Dover, so let us know and details will be sent along your way. 

  1. Which forms of payment modes do you accept?

Paynow / bank transfer. UEN number transfer is in progress. 

  1. How do I process multiple locations delivery?

For orders with more than 1 delivery location, please make separate orders for successful processing. Alternatively, let us know by dropping us an email or message about it!

  1. I would like to do a corporate delivery!

  1. It's sold out, but I want it! 

Thank you for overwhelming support! Our bakes are seasonal so as to curate special flavours for all. We definitely do have our crowd favourites so be sure to waitlist it to let us know your interest!

  1. How’s the baking process like at ovenheads? 

Our baker is WSQ basic food hygiene course certified — a Singapore NEA accredited course. We perform strict hygiene practices in our kitchen. As the environment is not set up in a commercial kitchen setting, please sound out to us if you encounter unsatisfactory bakes in this area.
